One thing that really clutters our homes is paperwork. Even more so if you have a home office or work at home. I found some options for organizing paper clutter.
If you work from home the most important thing to do is keep them separated. Have 2 different areas were home paperwork is kept an another for your work.
I love this rolling filing cabinet, not only does it roll, but it's more decorative then a regular filing cabinet. Another up point is they come in 3 colors, so one for home paperwork and another for work. If you have limited space just roll it under your desk at the end of the day, or take the wheels off and stack them.
As you can see they put file folders in it, but it could also be used to store binders, binder up. If you use notebooks you could use the file folders to organize them and do not forget to label your items.
I like this too as they stack, come in 6 different color options and there are 3 options for buying with 2 size options. Be aware that there is a price difference within the color options as well as the size.
They are made of linen and have cardboard that goes inside. The handles make it easy to carry and the flip top lid means you always know where the lid is. When not in use just fold up and store.
I thought I would throw this one in for those looking for a masculine touch. It is not made of wood, but polyester with cardboard inserts and handles on both sides.
They can be purchased as a single item or a 2 pack. If you want to use them to separate home paperwork from home consider buying singles as they come in 2 colors, both have a wood look to them.
Other options for using these for paperwork is buying different colors for business paperwork. You could use one for incoming invoices another for out going invoices etc. Organize by client name, type of client, old clients, new clients, on going clients. Links are affiliate links I earn a small percentage from, at no additional cost to you, to support my businesses.
Have any ideas for using these containers in your home office or business? Let me know.
Happy Organizing
